Stafford; loving grandmother of Kevin Seal, Deborah Dulik, David English, Jessica Rio; cherished great grandmother of Tristan and Primrose English, Houston and Thatcher Rio, Alyssa and Katelyn Seal, Amber and Justin Dulik.
Family and friends will honor Muriel's life on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Eline Funeral Home in Finksburg, Maryland, 2901 Bloom Road, where a funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens in Sykesville, Maryland. Memorial contributions in Muriel's name may be made to the Baltimore County Humane Society.
