Obituary for Dorothy Louise Watters (Shoemaker)
Dorothy Louise Watters, 95, of Nottingham, passed away on July 17, 2019 at Oak Crest Village Care Center in Parkville. Born May 2, 1924 in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late William and Ruth (Miller) Shoemaker. She was the wife of the late James Lynn Watters, who died in 2015.
She had been a school teacher for Baltimore City Schools.
Surviving are her daughter, Kristine Amendt of Nottingham, and son, David Watters of Nottingham; grandchildren, Mark Amendt, Matthew Amendt, Rebecca Donovan and Jennifer Morris; and eight great grandchildren.
Interment will be in Hampstead Cemetery on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 12:00 pm.
