Obituary for Thelma Dean Singer

Thelma Dean Singer, 91, of Silver Spring, died Thursday April 16, 2015 at the Solana Assisted Living in Olney, MD.

Born December 3, 1923 in Miami, OK, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd Roscoe and Cherokee Marie James Henry. She was the wife of the late George Edward Singer, who died in 2008.

Prior to retirement, she had worked as a bookkeeper for National Bank of Washington.

Surviving are daughters and son-in-law, Linda Galvagna and Joseph Galvagna, Jr. of Kensington, MD and Justina Ferber of Gaithersburg, MD; granddaughter, Stephanie Galvagna of Windermere, FL; grandson, Chad Ferber of Rhinebeck, NY; great-grandsons, Sterling Galvagna of Windermere, FL, Ryan Ferber of Rhinebeck, NY, Greyson Ferber of Rhinebeck, NY; great-granddaughter, Hadley Ferber of Rhinebeck, NY; .

Services will be held at a later date.
